Job Description

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure team; Server, Network and Database • Take initiative & lead our IT infrastructure team towards challenging goal • Control Daily Operation on IT related tasks • Support many kinds of IT project in branch as professional on IT infrastructure • Work together closely with Japan Head Quarter and Singapore, APAC Regional for our joint coordination project • Propose solution for operation excellence and improve our IT infrastructure using your professional experience • Design and execute employee engagement programs aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure (Server, Network, Database)
• Experience in Financial industry is preferred
• Good command in Business English communication
• Self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Team leader & People management skill
