Job Description

Office Location: BTS Saladang /MRT Silom ᆞGather, analyze, and translate user business requirements into clear system requirements ᆞDesign and develop technological solutions through detalled system design, including data models, workflow diagrams, system architecture, and database design ᆞPrepare documentation for system design, business processes, and user manuals to enhance understanding ᆞParticipate in user training sessions to educate users on system functionalities ᆞDesign software specifications for developers ᆞCreate technical designs and define system features and processes ᆞWrite Use Case documents, User Stories, ER Diagrams, and Process Flows for development. ᆞStudy and understand the existing system (As-Is) and design the new system (To-Be) to increase efficiency ᆞTest and guide programmers during implementation ᆞOversee the project and team, working alongside the Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in System Analysis, Solution Design, and Requirement Gathering
• Knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system design and integration
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation accurately and completely
• Familiarity with tools such as UMl modeling software, API documentation tools, and SQL for database queries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with both business and technical teams
• Excellent leadership skills, able to mentor and develop the skills of junior in team
