Office Location: BTS Saladang /MRT Silom ᆞProject Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, resources, and budget ᆞResource Management: Effectively allocate resources to ensure project completion efficiently and on budget ᆞRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions ᆞStakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and potential issues ᆞPrepare project documents such as the Project Charter, Project Plan, Risk Register, and Status Report ᆞOversee the implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or IT Infrastructure Project Life Cycle ᆞTrack project issues and propose solutions ᆞManage the team, including developers, business analysts, system analysts, and QA ᆞMonitor project progress and conduct stand-up/weekly/Steering Committee meetings ᆞOversee the quality of deliverables and their testing (UAT, System Integration Testing)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in Project Coordination or IT Project Management
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Good multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both technical and business teams
- Ability to prepare project documents, report progress, and track requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
